The B-side to the Elton John's "Just Like Belgium" single in 1981, which was from "The Fox" album. "Can't Get Over" was probably actually recorded during the "21 at 33" sessions in 1980, however, as were some of the songs that ended up on "The Fox". The song was written by Elton John & Gary Osborne.
