I agree with many of these comments. I do not think her intention was to make it seem as if only black parents/friends/siblings are disapproving. (Most of the time, it is honestly, white parents) I believe the focus was on how no matter the time, type of couple, or color of skin, love is love.On a side note, people rarely go on music videos of rappers or RnB and comment on how the majority of women are white, hispanic, light-skin, but I see a lot of it when a black woman is with a non-black male.
