It means "Extended Play". Its like a demo CD/album which usually gets released before a full LP. Larger than a "single" and shorter then a full-length LP/album. haha hope that helped :)

i wish they still sounded like this, their early stuff is so - much more - imaginatively written, it's like equal parts cocteau twins and belly - and that's a bloody good combination, and every song on that EP is gorgeous
