I was born 6 22 70 , Italian 5'7 (Class 89),,,,Danced from 1985-1995.. Music : Nucleolus Jam on it Pushed the button, ,Midnight star, Egyptian Lover, Run Dmc,, 10spd Tour de France ,LL.Cool J, 2live, Whodini,, Electric Kingdom, Sir Mixalott , UTFO, Shy D ,Fly girl, Fat Boys, Beastie Boys ,skinny BOYS, Gigolo Tony, Cuggi Crew etc ... I lived it and was part of it ..I remember dancing for crowds ,Mall, Parking lots High School Middle school hall . Beach and Board walk, . Instead of a fights it was a dance battles. (1985 )8th Grade :I remember going to Mc Donald's parking lot to Battle the best kid in school vrs me,, dancing.. I remember walking and seeing a crowd of kids 200+ McDonalds Parking lot was just about shut down., I was with about 3-5 one of my friend carried this Huge BOOM BOX that's was 3 foot long 2 foot tall huge. set it on the ground at the edge of 7 ft dance area turned on the box and EGYPT EGYPT followed by Five minutes of Funk then Electric Kingdom Blew him away with the same move in "Breaking Battle" Electric Wave where the move ending with hand arm pointed upper wards in Sky , I could Tick, Wave, Robot , Rock Wave, Tut , Electric shock of course switching up combining , and control .. I was off the chain,. I never got on the ground.. ,,..No Doubt I was one of the best Poppers in the area never lost.. ,Joined a group called the PENSACOLA POPPERS dancing Crowds were just in aw I practiced all day every day.. .Quit the group, or fizzled out, . 1987-89 Clubs and Bars .Music became Trinere , RodneyO, Magic Mike Debbie Deb , Stevie B , Shannon , Timmy T , , went to a night club dance scene ,Traveled New Orleans Orlando Atlanta ,,,to Dance in circles it was incredible. Only LOST: I got beat in 1991-92 Night Club and the crowd was just crazy... He was a Black guy,, who was amazing.. he could pop and break .. He was more gymnast style but it worked..thou I was better at Popping ....Breaking was always more electrifying, a s well as crowd pleasing,,, I always had a breaker to combat them,, and most were not good at both ,,We danced 4 -5 songs ,very long..., ..,,I knew I was beat not only the crowd but I knew ,I remember going into the cld and just about falling out I was so tired.., I continued to dance. But never competitively .. Of course I met my sweetheart 14yrs,,,Owned my own business, .. I am 44 now You don't want none ...trust me I got it still but I'm the old guy at the club always creeps in mine, I look very good,,,lol.. however I do not battle nor would I its a moral thing ..Dancing is for young guys and I enjoy watching , Hope you enjoy my account and you feel the vibe or era..
