@Konata101 You should read Mark Oliver Everetts book called "Things The Grandchildren Should Know". It explains a lot. As mentioned before, his sister committed suicide. Before she did, a doctor asked her to write "I'm OK" a hundred times on small pieces of paper, but she started writing "I'm not OK". Very good video, btw. :-)
