The English lyrics lack the passion of the Spanish version and seem very pale by comparison. That said , I do love the power of her voice and Edurne should have received more points.

No paro de oirla!! Que pena que no la llegarán a poner en eurovisión.... hubiesemos llegado mas lejos, me gusta muchisimo mas esta que la del español. Creo que hubieran entendido mejor el mensaje los otros paises y también la letra es muy bonita. ¿se puede repetir para el año que viene pero con esta? jajaja pero bueno, no pasa nada. ¡Me encanta! Podría escuchar "Amanecer" y "Break of day" 100 veces al día sin cansarme.Quizás es cierto que haber lanzado esto antes de Eurovisión habría podido aumentar nuestra visibilidad, pero podría haber sido un poco confuso también para los demás países y un poco agobio mediático (¿en inglés, en español, en ambos?).Me encantó la idea de que Edurne llevara la canción íntegramente en español y de que la defendiera a muerte, y creo que esa era un poco la esencia del trabajo que hicieron, que Amanecer y su melodía significaran algo diferente para cada persona (sin tener necesariamente que entender la letra), de ahí la dramatización en el escenario. Repito, ¡me encanta! :')

Ambas versiones me encanta, pero si hubiese presentado la inglesa creo que habira quedado un poquito mejor, de todos modos lo hizo bien,y esta cancion, a diferencia de dancing in the rain, que tambien me gustaba, no se hace nada pesada al escuchrla
