@211bkmob i said something similar in an earlier comment. like it or not, ny is pretty much the birthplace of hip hop. but that doesnt mean there arent other artists out there doing their thing. and i do give props to chicago and the midwest, twistas resurrection album was fuckin DOPE. animosity kills is one of my favorite songs. ec illa and traxster, slum village, j dilla, binary star, juice, decompoze, elzhi, black milk, tech n9ne, etc, the midwest has quality hip hop.

@211bkmob you cant generalize a city of millions, one of the biggest in the nation, in one statement. not reasonably, at least. yes there is a lot of cockiness in NY, ill agree with that. that doesnt mean everyone in NY is like that. you cant stereotype an entire city, especially not one as big and diverse as NYC. just listen to the music, and put the hate aside.
