This is one of my favorite songs of all time. Easily top 5. Earthsuit is so, so good. They magnificently blend so many musical style such that they do not even appear to be different. This song has everything I love about music. The vocals are dynamic, unique, and masterfully balanced between LaClave and Meany. I love that Meany is not only awesome at rapping but also provides amazing background vocals to LaClave when he isn't rapping. The drums are key to the song, but they do not drive it, nor do they take the backseat. This band is a little quirky, but I love 'em. I'm sad they quit so soon.

Joe, I never said they were "bad" bands. But I do think Christian artists should be just that - Artists. Their music should be something more than a few lame, ordinary chords that go with some lyrics set to an overused pop melody. Music should not be an afterthought. If they are going to make music, then make it good and be creative. Don't just copy the latest style. And I don't have a strange taste for music (well maybe for a teenager, yes). I am just not content with uncreative music. Earthsuit is one of the very few bands I've heard that has very creative and interesting music while still having Christian lyrics. That is why I like them.

Sorry about Joe Messmer and Samuel Moss. (Joe is my brother and Samuel is my friend.) They are both teenagers who know nothing about good music. They love every talentless popular band that comes across the radio but absolutely hate music made with any amount of creativity or thought.
