There are two homages to two different metal bands/musicians in this cover, first person to name them gets an internet cookie!

Homage one has been found! Tesseract! Homage two has yet to be found! (Hint: It's before any distortion happens in the song)

I used my Ibanez RG2228 with Bare Knuckle Painkillers (bridge and neck) with a standard Ernie Ball 8 string pack in Drop A tuning with the Low F# dropped to E. Fractal Audio Axe-Fx II for tone, Toontrack Superior Drummer 2.0 + Metal Foundry for drums.

Filmed using Magic Lantern and Vision Color's VisionColor picture style on a Canon Rebel 600D/T3i through an Olympus OM 50mm f1.8 lens and a canon 18-55 f3.5 kit lens. Edited in Final Cut Pro 7. Colour Graded in Apple Colour.
