I think there could be a DragonForce trilogy of songs. First comes Black Winter Night, which describes a dystopian future and the near end of all mankind. The warriors left plan to fight against an evil force. Revolution Deathsquad is the epic battle for the fate of all humanity. Finally, after a fantastic victory for mankind, Dawn Over a New World celebrates these heroic warriors, who fought an epic battle and have ensured a bright future. Now, humanity shall flourish and thrive in peace in this new world, now and forever more, because of the brave heroes who did the impossible.

i first heard this song in 2004, some random kid put this music on a video of him skateboarding in his garage. i found it on a skateboard forum way back then, it was the first time i heard dragonforce. I was surprised when i heard "people don't like dragonforce, they suck" I was like ....'what no they don't, what band are you listening to?'

Strange that Dragonforce are best known for their breakneck speed, yet when they slow things down they can produce ballads of immense power. I heard this song while driving back home after my final treatment for cancer. I still remember driving through a swirling storm of cherry blossom as the chorus blared out at full volume. For me it was indeed 'the dawn of a new world', and this song will always hold a special meaning. Thank you, Dragonforce, for this theme song to the rest of my life!
