This performance by the good Doctor comes from "Holland in the early 1970s" according to my VHS copy of "Stamping Ground" (Goodtimes #8046). Diggin' the scene big time as they were joined by the likes of T. Rex, Jefferson Airplane, Canned Heat, It's A Beautiful Day, Pink Floyd, Country Joe MacDonald, Al Stewart, The Byrds, Santana, and others on the same stage. Are you just kidding me?
