Downfall Rising is a female fronted modern rock band hailing from east Texas. The band consists of 6 members, including 3 guitarists and vocalist powerhouse Rachel Peloquin. Downfall Rising's music is described as nothing less than pure emotion! Downfall Rising is gearing up to release their debut EP, produced by 8 time Grammy award winner Bil VornDick.
Downfall Rising is quickly taking Texas by surprise playing with national acts and rocking prominent venues such as the House Of Blues and various festivals. The band recently performed at the Dallas stop of the "Making Of Rockstars" reality TV show series with Machina (featuring former members of Evanescence) and their 2 singles "Misery" and "Dosage" are receiving airplay in various radio markets around the US.

This songs is painful for me to hear, and for the following reasons: 1) I know why this group has under 5k hits on YouTube, songwriting is sub par. 2) I know what needs to be done to fix it. 3) Most musicians in such bands think they can fix the problem, and usually come up with similar quality alternative songs (clueless as to how to really make the song go to the next level).
