This is our cover of 'Lifer' by Down. The song is taken from their 1995 debut album 'NOLA'.

Even though it wasn't planned this way, doing a Down song after a Pantera song seems quite fitting. The NOLA album was an essential purchase in 1995 for any Pantera fan, especially as it was Phil's first official side project release . I love the whole album and Lifer was always my favourite song from day one. Obviously now it holds even more weight as an unofficial tribute to Dimebag! So, a Down cover has always been on the cards and after Dave and I watched their show in Melbourne, Australia this year [2014] the pieces fell together. After months of song ideas back and to with Dave, that gig finally cemented our choice.

It isn't note, beat or original tempo perfect. It's our interpretation!
