My first introduction to Dokken was seeing Alone again video. That is still one of my favorite songs to this day. I had never heard the guitar played like George Lynch does. They are my favorite band and always will be. Thats saying alot, tons of good bands in the 80;s and great music. Having said that. Nobody on the planet can play the guitar like George Lynch. He plays with emotion like no other. And hands down best solo guitarist ever, sorry Eddie. In My Dreams probably my favorite Dokken song. The solo is just pure filthy. After 20 yrs plus I still listen and shake my head how bad ass George Lynch is. Think I listened to Mr. Scary about 20 and loved before i realized no lyrics, Thats how good he is. George Lynch you rock.

This song makes me sad. 4202013, I lost my mother to cancer. The song that was playing at the time of her death was IN MY DREAMS. The first two lines of this song kept repeating In my head. She was only 65 years old. I miss her and there isn't a day that goes by that I wish she could be with me just the way it used to be.
