i think most guitarists say that ramones songs are easy to play but not easy to play for more than 20 mins or so because of the sheer speed

I actually think the Custom tone sounds better for most Ramones (it doesn't have the maple cap that a Standard has, so it sounds a little mellower, less high end, glassy), but this one has that single-note riff, which I figured would sound better with the Standard, less muddy.

Man. Hadn't heard this one since I saw it on MTV back circa '84. You know, the MTV with Martha Quinn and that blond chick with the raspy voice. Although I'm in the forties, I've only recently discovered what I'd been missing with the Ramones. So now I'm setting out to learn all of their first and Road to Ruin. Wish I could do it as fast as PT.
