Adell is actually one of the best characters to use strategy wise. Players that are not strategic will not be able to use him effectively. Adell is much better used against stronger targets. His special abilities may have a short range,but they are quite good. Vulcan Blaze pretty much does the most. Which will pretty much instantly kill targets. I have maxed Adell's status 99,999,999. Nine others as well,and out of all of them,Adell always did the most around 11 billion+ depending on what I do. He is not a tedious character to use,you just need to be able to play strategically. Celestial Host though will remain my favorite,she is the best offensive and defensive character they have. I equipped her with the strongest spells and strongest skills. She is nearly impossible to hit,and she hits pretty hard around 6 billion+. She could be stronger,but then she would need a unique offensive special,which the developers may never add,so she is pretty limited. This game is all about strategy,if you don't have one,then some fields will kill you instantly,just gotta think. With a little work,any character can become strong.

She just got tire of Laharl's shit and left with the Prinnies. Why the Prinnies left with her is beyond me since they hate her according to supplemental material. And I don't think there is a genuine governmental body in the demon realm, and its mostly the protagonists getting their way by beating everyone else into a pile.
