I own this brilliant album. Don't know what's happened to D'Influence wasn't at all impressed with their last offering...had loads of guest female vocalists and it appeared Sarah Ann Webb was no longer part of the group! Their relative lack of commercial success and recognition just gets me mad sometimes especially with the low standards (relative vocal ability) of a lot of the 'divas' of the day!

thanks sooo much for posting this. sarah's vocals are pure heaven. always wanted to catch this band when i travelled to London in the 90's. one of the best, alongside loose ends & soul II soul. cheers!

While we were shooting this take, Sarah lost her train of thought on delivery, not realizing that I would use the shot "as is" with her speaking in between. The second time it happens she makes reference as to whether anyone would notice or not. Stay tuned to our channel, spread the word!!! And thanks for you comment!

An all-time classic. And Sarah Ann Webb's breath control on the bridge is a technical marvel that I'm sure a lot of other singers would like to emulate. Thanks for posting - "London" is such an amazing, underrated album.

i agree with you D* Influence kool music.. i bought the album if i remember well in 1996/97 .. and it's a soulful/jazzy album.. my fave acid/jazz bands were and still are.. Incognito, Brand New Heavies and D*Influence ciao fairnorth ;)

I regret that it took me so long to discover this group. I found their CD'S in Tower Record Store in 2002.( Will Smith shot a scene from "I Am Legend" there) The record store closed two years ago, and the radio stations seldom play their music here in New York City. D-Influence is a SUPER group! Thanks YOU/TUBE!
