I wish I had attended this awesome concert.Both the sound and the atmosphere are unreachable by anyone else and perhaps not even by nowadays' Dimmu Borgir themselves anymore.

Back in the grand ol' days. Mustis is a good keyboard player and all, but Stian Aarstad will always be my favorite. All of his melodies (including the plagiarized ones, of course) are executed brilliantly.

Indeed. And what a great piano piece. Playing an intro that long LIVE is quite good. Now I don't know who wrote it.... Aarstad? Shagrath? Or even Nagash? I know they all play kayboard/synth as well. I know for a fact that Nagash played all the (or most of the) parts on the Enthrone album. :)
