+djessce It's the same in English. We adopt words that don't even exist and suddenly, it's considered better by society to not speak properly than to use actual words. When was the last time the word "ratchet" was used to refer to the tool and not to someone's weave?

but each time I visit Germany, they always want to sit and hear me just speak English and hear all the "cool" words I use that they aren't used to...lol. And only want to learn American English, NOT British English.
