Anybody who knows a damn about music, or how to write can tell that this is NOT a rip off of Under the Bridge. The vocal melody in the chorus is similar, but it's pretty clear that it wasn't intentional.Pop/rock music is pretty limited as far as writing goes, generally sticking to a small group of harmonies, and chord progressions, and melodic phrases. With only 12 notes to play with this stuff happens all the time. It's impossible to write something truly original, every pop song is similar to at least a handful of other songs. This one just happened to be similar to a very popular one.Also it's not RHCP who sued her, it was Warner. RHCP can't decide if Warner wants to sue someone. Warner has always been greedy.
