What can I say, what can anybody say. She is magnificent. The dress the body, the face, hair and the performance, simply Diana Ross at her best. After her break from performing, she came back in 2004 I believe this was, and reminded the world why she is so great and a legend in her field. I truly Love and appreciate, Miss Diana Ross.

OMG I'll never forget that outfit! She wore it to open her return to concerts after that break for a few years and played the Pantages in 2007 central Hollywood (everyone was there-family, Berry, celebs) I took my friend wil from rural CA (I love taking folks seeing her for the 1st time) down went the top, off came the bottom, and there she is at the lip of the stage in a micro mini and Wil exclaims OMG she's wearing a postage stamp - and she looks fab - how old did you say she is? I abandoned him for the latter part of the show in our center front mezzanine steps for standing down on the floor after telling don't worry i'll find you after. In fact I remember sitting at the edge of my seat and whispering dont be surprised if i jump out of my seat any time now - I'll be by the stage.

Absolutely right, I am an olive skin European who has worked in the exihibtion industry for many years and under the intense light of the the stands my skin has bleached to a terrible milky white. I met Ms. Ross some years ago and she gave me a little secret - it's all about the makeup! With regard to this performance all of you detractors should know she was on tour and suffering from a severe cold, hence her voice was not as it should be but she honered her commitment which is more than I can!

This was fantastic any way you throw criticisms at it you can't short change this! Can you do better??? Hell to the no! whatigot2say, Have you ever heard of lighting? Diana Ross, has not bleached her skin. I've seen her in person, long after this video was made. I think you should read up on the effects of stage lighting, and it can change a person's skin color and hue.

Your comment is spot on. Detractors always try to minimize her talent and her appeal, but your assessment is based on fact, not jealousy or wishful thinking. It is interesting that some find fault with every action of the woman who always showed up, worked harder than anyone, and made possible the group's enormous success. But, they idolize others who were less talented, unwilling to do the work required, and whose habits threatened the success Ms. Ross worked hard to achieve for all of them.

@mnmcv1 that is correct Mary and Cindy did not appear on "Love Child" or "Someday we'll be together", the "Supremes" last 2 US number one hits. Diana Ross was lead vocalist on 18 US number ones. The Supremes are her only credited backing vocalists, even though on some releases it wasn't vocals of the actual Supremes you were hearing. Mary and Cindy were lucky to be credited on at least 2 number one hits they didn't even sing on. Diana is unmistakable on all 18 .
