A quick run through of the 5-10 minute run I came up with the gather as many chests and helium filaments as possible on Archer's Line. This run was pretty average for the loop, which usually results in 4 or 5 chests per repetition. After doing this run for an hour and a half I wound up with 101 Helium Filaments, 16 green items, 5 blue engrams, 1 legendary engram, and an Ascendant Energy. I ran through this quickly so that I could fit it all into a 5 minute clip with Game DVR, otherwise I would be killing the enemies whenever I could, as they are the ones that drop engrams. Plus, you get Grimoire bonuses for killing lots of enemies, which is always nice.
