Frigging Gillian in his prime,I’m thinking the term “ getting more ass than a toilet seat” would apply. That and being lucky his head didn’t cave in from the groupie blowjobs. The 70’s were great for the avg.boy and girl.magine being lead singer for a band like Deep Purple.

Man was I spoiled rotten as a kid growing up in the 70's & 80's with all the Super Groups playing this caliber of incredible Rock music back then. We took it completely for granted, thinking that this amount of phenomenal material was just normal? Who would realize as time would go on that most of the "New Age" Rock groups of the 90's and onward would never measure up anywhere near talent of the numerous bands of those 2 decades? I remember the band Journey would be the opening act of Kiss, the Stones, Van Halen, etc. Ahh..we were so much luckier than the Gen X'rs or Millenium kids of today.
