The song was nominated for a "Best Song" Academy Award in 1957, but lost to "All The Way" from the film, "The Joker Is Wild."

In the movie (the first of the Tammy film series, and the only one Debbie Reynolds starred in), she co-starred with Leslie Nielsen.
