Prepubescent means before puberty. At 16, well into puberty, she became the youngest (still to this day) person to ever write, produce, AND perform a #1 song. Sure, that's not talent. And what does being a "white girl" have to do with anything? If anyone mentions Beyonce is a "black girl" or J-Lo is a "Hispanic girl," people would be furious race was mentioned, because they feel it attempts to diminish their accomplishments to attach a label.
