Dear Elissa is a band formed by five members with the idea of achieving a sound filled in hardcore slightly influences implementing individual one.

When deciding which would be the name of the group, was taken as a starting point, the title of the renowned piece "Fur Elise" (For Elise) by Ludwig Van Beethoven, defining "Elissa" as his music, his muse , all that is part of the band and the members of it, looking Elissa capture in all they are, why have there the Dear Elissa.

After the first two months of rehearsal, the band made its first appearance at the "VI College Rock Festival" which was held in the Auditorium III of the University of Carabobo center Aragua, doing excellent particpación and getting a very good reception from the audience, months later, ending the year, after having had the opportunity to play a couple of times and getting advice from a producer and friend, the band entered the studio to begin recording what would become their promotional the single "bad spells and evil eye."
