More #metalmittwoch anecdotes:Deadsoul Tribe - Crows on the WireAt a small prog festival Devon came up to me before they were playing, because I was wearing a Death T-shirt, and he informed me he had been good friends with Chuck Schuldiner. That evening I went to eat at the pizza place of Adel's uncle (drummer), which happened to be in the same town.Several years later, at another concert, Devon did another round of the audience and chatted with me and Tony (G+ boycotter that he is). Tony told me off for calling a previous band slightly soulless in performance, as he wouldn't want to hear anything of the sort prior to a performance.But the gig turned out great! I keep imagining it's because I made Deadsoul Tribe try extra hard, but in reality they were just awesome live.
