Relative to comments about Stevie Ray Vaughan, he did interesting work on the "Let's Dance" album, fer sure. But given all the evidence of where his =heart= was, Bowie's style was =not= (where his heart was) (well, please). Whether we know it or not, most of us associate the Bowie guitar sound with Brooklyn-born Earl Slick, who was picked up for the 1974 "Diamond Dogs" tour, who is in fact the guitarist we hear here, who's been on stage with DB since 2000, and who completed another album with DB in 2013. Slick's a top-knotch hired gun who's played with John & Yoko, John Waite, David Coverdale, even Tim "Frank N. Furter" Curry.

I am so glad I was born when I was . ( 1966 ) . Those who were born these last 6 decades got to experience the very best artists/musicians ever ! You can't tell me there will ever be another Bowie or Mick or Jimi or Elvis or Michael or etc. etc . etc . ....
