Ah ok, yeah you're right. You can still get a decent version by just tuning up the E to a G though. For the ascending bit (second part of the verse), just hold the tuned up G string with thumb, alternate base with the higher G string, and walk up on the high e string. If that makes sense lol. I hate have change tunings too much!

almost broke my index finger trying to figure this tune out while barring the A chord, then realised it's capo'd on 2nd fret and the e string is tuned up to a G. Thought i'd let people know in case they're going through the same pain as me!
