Rebecca Colquitt its not wheher you bought and have proof of purchase, you are reposting, which is copyrighting. When you buy an album or cd its suppose to be for your use only. Basically anything you buy having to do with music is going to have a © on it.. Whether you make money off it or not, it dosent matter copyright means the person who owns whatever is in question bought and paid for full rights. Legally if anyone uses it exactly the same, the original person who put the © on it, is entitled to anything you make off it. You will notice when people posts the actual videos from tv shows or what not, it will be taken down and put a note on it. Kind of stupid tho, because almost 80% of people don't abide by this ©. when you have time if you notice some of the newer ones posted, their are slight changes so subtle you wont really notice, you really have to listen, they do this so its not illegal.
