Dan has said in interviews that his old songs were really weird. And I did nit understand what he meant..until i heard THIS. Literally nothing like modern day Bastille but I love this. It is pure genius. So many unexpected musical choices and tempos. It is so unique and that is why he is so great. Although his music now is more modernized and suited to fit what most people would want to hear, the songs still all have their own weirdness and uniqueness that will always set him apart. I love this guy and I cant wait to see him in LA in November. Xx
