I know nothing of this book ~ only that Make Love Stay, sung by Dan, is mesmerizing; and oh, so, so true..... Forever, Dan's brilliance as a musician shines, as it does here. I was at this concert and I cannot thank you enough for posting these videos . I also saw Harry Chapin at this venue right before he was killed in an auto accident. I really miss this great artist and man. I am still learning his songs and love playing them. In fact I have the very same Guild F-512 that he plays as a 12- string in this particular concert. Thank You again for sharing these videos !!

Cheers! Make Love Stay was inspired by " Still Life of Woodpecker", written by Tom Robbins. I still have no idea how this beautiful song was inspired by that. The storyline is so bizarre,with very bizarre characters. All I care, a great song came from it!!
