Love Live: 27-03-2015 - Damian WilsonLike I said before, my sweetheart and I got together after a Maiden United concert that we went to as friends, and aferwards we tried to see Damian live a few times but there was always something that came inbetween, be it his other solo shows or with a different band he was fronting at the point.In 2013 we went to the Damian Wilson Ensemble, where he played together with a pianist and cellist, but we didn't get tickets beforehand and on our way there we randomly checked the site and saw it was sold out. Seeing as how this concert was in the same venue I didn't want to take my chances and got tickets early so the same disappointment wouldn't happen.So yeah, on our way there we have a delay with public transportation to the train, but it didn't even matter because there were issues on the railroad due to a power outtage so half the trains didn't even ride. When finally a train does arrive which would've gotten us at the venue at least half an hour late, we decide to just head home since we couldn't risk the trains still being out on the way back and getting stuck there.Doing a Damian should be a new term on having bad luck when it comes to seeing a band or artist live.... ):I don't think there's a song fitting for this, so here's a song about drugs instead. Because.
