For what it's worth a year later, there's plenty of bands that wear swastikas and aren't nazis. It's usually just to shock/piss people off. Rozz Williams of Christian Death/Shadow Project wore them, Sid Vicious of Sex Pistols wore them, Wattie Buchan of The Exploited wore them (and The Exploited is extremely anti-fascist/anarchic), and I'm sure many more have done it but that's all I have off the top of my head. These guys probably aren't nazis, they probably just want to piss people off.
