Latin and Spanish are two DIFFERENT languages my friends. Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Romanian all derive from Latin which still exists even if it is not spoken by any country anymore. In Romania for example they still teach it in schools. It is therefore incorrect to say 'this is not Spanish'. You can say it is Spanish from Latin America which is the SAME as the one from Europe but with different slang vocabulary.
