ביצוע מושלם. לדעתי קליף ריצ'רד ביצע את השיר מאוחר יותר

Don't know which is the original. This or "Danny" by Cliff Richard and the Drifters (later The Shadows). Who cares, they are both great.

02-24-2014: In 1961 (Iowa), I met and talked to Conway on 2 separate occasions (Intermissions - mostly about music and women). I knew his drummer Pork Chop Markam before Pork Chop joined Conway and Pork Chop introduced me to Conway. One of the many questions I asked Conway was about this song, "Lonely Blue Boy". I asked Conway if any studio gimmicks was employed to help him hit such low, low notes. Conway hesitated slightly and replied, "No, but I cannot always hit them". Such honesty!! Any singer, professional or non professional, will tell you that there are times when you can sing some notes and other times you can't. Incidentally, Conway really admired Elvis, but did not care for Fabian. Conway never needed a fancy PA system to sound great, Conway was simply a great singer

That's a different song and if you are talking range then nobody beats Jay Black of Jay and the Americans ! I was talking about the style and the core elements of the style .
