I love being reminded of just how awesome Converge is....So I have been listening to Converge since they came out and they are hands down one of my fav hardcore bands of all time. I will put them up there with bands like Sick of it All, Judge, Agnostic Front, 25 Ta Life, etc....... Although those bands were pioneering, Converge has remained progressive never letting me down in delivering some serious HARDCORE fucking music that gets you so amped. Old school hardcore is always awesome, but bands like Converge, Boy Sets Fire,American Nightmare /Give Up the Ghost, etc, have lyrics that are so relevant to my own life. Can't deny that shit. BTW, I am 42 years old with a 16 year old daughter that I wish to God would listen to this instead of the crap she does listen to. However, you either like this or you don't. If you do, you have reached a higher level of enlightenment ......period......enjoy the ride......

Man I love Jake's art. I like bands like Converge, Kylesa, and Baroness where members are visual artists in addition to musicians so they control every aspect of their art instead of having to bring in somebody to do album art or whatever. Its really cool to me
