This and the episaode of E.R. when dr. Green dies and "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" is played on ukulele as well are the most emotional pieces of music I have ever heard. I think it's the instrument. It has a sadness and joy to it that just pulls at the heartstrings, and when it's combined wiith lyrics like this...It's fantastic
