he is way better now than he was when this video was made. and criticism has nothin to do with jealousy or hate. it's just a fact that this solo is average. maybe a bit better but you can't compare this to people like Dave Weckl, Benny Greb, Nathaniel Townsley or Dennis Chambers for example. These guys play so much more intelligent and creative. and of course is their technique way better. i don't wanna say that this videos sucks or cobus is a bad drummer. i just don't get why he is so popular when there are drummers that are like a thousand times better like townsley or benny greb.

Why are people hating on this guy his technique is far superior to practically any drummer ive seen on youtube hes almost fully adapted to this kit hes probably as comfortable playing like this as he is walking to the shops or something this guys a great inspiration to me as a drummer
