EXPLANATION FOR THE CAMERA MOVING UP AND DOWN:
I use a Kodak V610 Digital Camera [although, I'm sure other cameras with the option can do this too] to record my piano videos, and I make sure that the video recorder's "CONTINUOUS AUTO FOCUS" option is turned on.
This video was a bit of luck, but what the camera did was follow my left hand when it went down to the bass notes and back up to the treble notes. That was because my left hand was in the middle of the shot and the focus of the "auto-focus" thingy.
The effect was luck though because the sheet music required that I play pretty close to the first key on the piano, therefore getting close enough to the camera to influence the auto-focus. I wish I could do it with my other playings, but it would require me to set the camera on the actual keys of the piano, which is impractical XP
