Do you think that's what musicians (or any artist for that matter) care about? Money? Of course that's how they make their living (and a rather good one at that), but that's not what the bands care about, it's the record companies that care about that; the ones raking in the cash. The artist's want you to enjoy and appreciate their creation, not merely BUY BUY BUY. You should go look at Henry Rollin's input on this, and even if you don't like his music, he's still a real artist.

They make more from the sharing of buying and sharing it though? The more profit, the better tours, better quality albums, better everything really. When new music is released, I'm sure the artist would prefer a fan buying the album rather than pirating and "sharing" the music. I won't lie, I've pirated some music I like, but the artists that I think truly deserve those better profits and need it more, I'll buy from.

Actually, Ars3nic, this song was written long before 2010, and is in a set of songs they have labeled "Circa Survive Myspace Transmissions". She's actually right.
