If you got to grow up with traditional parents, be grateful for them. My mother likes to pick the wrong guy. She divorced my biological father when i was 2 1/2, and I don't blame her cause he was pretty bad. Her other choices weren't that good either. I always claim to be an orphan, cause both supposed parents were pretty bad. So, if i was ever to get married with a traditional wedding, I would have no one there. Forgiven, but not forgotten! I wish I was still a daddy's girl. My dad bailed on my mom, brother and I when my mom and he divorced. He is an alcoholic who, when he was homeless and I moved him in with my family, choose booze over his daughter and grandkids. I hope it was worth it. I do however have an amazing stepfather who is a better father than my dad ever was.
