For some reason I can't reply to Richard Schroeder,directly. He mentioned that this tune isn't brilliancy it is Trafalgar Hornpipe. Well, a person named Howdy Forester changed it slightly and called it Brilliancy! Maybe he had heard Trafalgar Hornpipe, I don't know. But Sam Bush heard Howdy Forester's tune called Brilliancy and that is a song he has been playing for some time. Of course there are hundreds of Celtic, Old Time and Folk songs that are known by several names.
