The albeit amazing, but slightly muddled (and forgivable for its beauty) story of God's amazing step into human form. (Yes, Chris is a Christin, Catholic...) yes, I use parenthesis a lot. If you put me in parenthesis I might be silent. (Sorry for stealing a Steven Wright joke.)Anecdotal: When I was in Ireland visiting family in 1980 my cousin was walking on the grounds of a hotel near her home in Dublin and saw Chris slowly drive by in his Jaguar. She was about 12 and he was very famous in his home country. She came home screaming! Now you know how old this song is... Very! But, outstanding nonetheless. Cheers from the Irish!

How come whenever I hear this song in public, or on a compliation cd, does the song always fade out at 4:38? I've heard this song for years, but this is the first time I have actually heard it end properly. I was just typing into google "Why does A Spaceman Came Travelling end when it starts to actually get good?" Obviously, that wasn't the case. Haha.
