@AnarchoAssassin Its a cult symbol, called the Speed Metal Wheel, designed by Gunther Woschank and used by Banzai records (Montreal Canada) as a marketing tactic. They would add them to their domestically licensed LP presses to show that certain of their records were heavier/more aggressive than others.
