It's Peter Comita. But there is no Cheap Trick without Tom. I was disappointed too when I realise this was obviously after he left. I like this song though. Even though they kind of lost there way a bit without Tom's bass.

This would have been in the early Brant days and I'm guessing they didn't know for sure if they would be keeping him or not, a and that's why they didn't interview the bassist.
