The sound on this recording is terrible to start with. But you can hear that the band and Bob Dylan tries to make this song rock. Which it does already on "Street Legal". For me he destroys a good song that really has power. On this concert he imitates the garagebands who actually can´t do what Dylan with band can do. That´s the reason why you often get disappointed on his concerts. Maybe he made a reggae out of Changing of the Guards on the next tour...
