@iluvmyboba That's right!!! Rags to Rufus & Rufusized both were released in 74 making Chaka the ripe old age of 21!!! Damn!!! A true musical prodigy & genius cuz what 21 y/os now or historically had an established sound that was so well developed & earcatching as Chaka's!!! The woman was way,way, way ahead of her time!!! Singers now haven't mastered now what she did at that age let alone what she has evolved into!!!

My All time fav!!! My favorite part is 2:06 when she says:"I wanna thank you..." you can really hear her little mid-western accent. Then she proceeds to wail "...for being what I needed". And the way she sings "YOU" after that line with bass and depth in her voice. That is truly when I saw the MAGIC of Ms. KHAN!!!!!
