Celtic Frost

I never considered Celtic Frost a thrash band for a second,they're are a predecessor to death/black metal,I loved thrash depending on which band but the ultra fast chord progressions made it a lame genre sometimes because of a lack of imagination;it's always the first 10 bands of a genre that's worth a crap and we all know that.

@shartdartfart Their "Emperor's Return" E.P. is pretty good, too. It's out of print now, but it appears on the "Morbid Tales" Reissue as bonus tracks.

Hellyeah! Celtic frost is the best! This isn't thier greatest album, but it's still pretty good (It's a lot better that "Cold Lake", that's for damn sure!)
