@Windhover HD:Incorrect. The Avenger unit in Zero Hour is based on a real system of the same name. Although currently still in prototyping, it  has been shown capable of disabling airborne UAVs with a laser weapon.

They done fucked up the new Generals game. Not even kidding. I got an early alpha access thing, It's bad graphically, and the frostbite engine was a nice touch, but the fact that it was supposed to be a successor to Generals is a big fat lie. It's more like Tiberian Twilight or RA3 than it is Generals or Zero Hour. Nothing remeniscent about it asides from the names of the factions. It's got the stupid league of legends GUI as well.

When i heard the new one was going to be free to play i wanted to cry. Now its been cancelled, kind of glad and hope they redo it was a pay to play model. Free to play simply doesn't work for an RTS game like this.

hmm no they dont and there doesn't even exist a prototype tank with laser sorry. the only laser that exist in the Us military is the M1a2 Abrahams anti missile defence which are a laser you can't even see it. and the new russian tanks got it too.
